Dear Mr. Strohminger,

 

            Often people write letters to companies to complain. This letter is the opposite. It is to tell you what a positive experience we have had at Schaefer Strohminger White Marsh. When we walked in, we were only browsing. We did not intend to close a deal, but rather just intended to look and gather information. We had been to two other car dealers earlier that day.

 

            Our sales person was Zach James. He was perfect for us. He did not pressure us or give sales pitches. He just answered our questions, ALL our questions. Because he owns the tupe of truck in which we were interested, he was a storehouse of knowledge. He was honest, and he spoke to us like a friend would speak, telling everything he knew, both the pros and cons.

 

            As a result, we purchased the truck from your dealership. Zach was superior in every sense of the word, and he is deserving of being recognized for he outstanding job that he does. We appreciated his knowledge as well as his honesty. We will do business with him again and will send our friends his way.

Hello Greg,

Thank you for the message.  I was able to purchase my new Pontiac G6 yesterday (8/5/06).  It was a pleasant experience dealing with Chris, Mike F., Dan and Ron.  They were very nice and so easy to work with.  Chris helped me figure out what we could afford and everything went well.  We are pleased with the Pontiac but if we have any questions or any problems, we will let you know.

We would definitely come back to your dealership to purchase another car and will mention you to our friends as well.

Just wanted to pass along a thank you note for finding Kim and I the exact car we wanted at the price we could afford.  You, Rick Smith, and S&S went beyond the call of duty to make things work for us and we are very appreciative.  Our twin boys *love* the new red Caravan, especially the built-in child seats... It's already made our lives easier being able to have the boys and a load of stuff in the back at the same time.

Dear Sir:

I was recently in last week to get 60,000 mile Service on my Dodge 2002 Stratus on May 1, 2007, I met with a Service Technician who guided me thru the process, before my wife and I left we gave instructions for the Service Technician to call us and let the phone ring a couple times so the number would show up on the Caller ID, we would see the Caller ID and know the car was finished!  We requested this due to the fact that my wife and I are both deaf and we had no one at home to answer the phones for us!  The Service Technician took it all in stride without even questioning it and the overall day went Great!   The Car had its scheduled 60,000 mile service! Upon picking up the car we were told that the Mechanic noticed a few other things, so we scheduled another Appointment on May 7, 2007 to have it taken care of!  Service Technician came out with a possible estimate for the repairs which were pretty close to the actual cost, so we knew EXACTLY what to expect!

Once again Bel Air Dodge came thru for us, as they always do!  I have NEVER been disappointed at the Service of Bel Air Dodge!  It has always provided TOP NOTCH service from start to finish!  The Honestly and Integrity, the Professionalism and  Attitude of the Staff from the Mechanics, to the Service Technicians to the final pick-up of the car makes Bel Air Dodge a "GREAT" Place to do Business!

Once again: Thanks for the Great Service; and special thanks to the staff of the Service Department including the young lady at the Pick-up Counter!
